Finchy’s Bar + Grill @ CanGOLF is Canmore best place to eat, drink & play!  From October to May, CanGOLF hosts its popular Golf Leagues.  Seasons run for 8 weeks, Mon-Wed between 6-8pm or 8-10pm and are sponsored by a local brewery or distillery & open to everyone.  Fall (Oct/Nov) Winter (Jan/Feb) Spring (Mar/Apr) Summer (May/June).  Teams cost $1200 (up to 6 players, but only 4 play on a night) Register your team today!   Now that the pandemic is behind us, watching live sports is back! With Wing Nights & beer specials on Thursday & all day Sunday, Finchy’s is Canmore’s favourite spot to watch NFL, NHL, MLB, GOLF & more. Did you know that CanGOLF has an entire floor dedicated to hosting events? Sure, you can hire out the simulators & clubhouse area downstairs, but upstairs is a space specifically designed to host any type of event. With over 5,000sq ft of space included and epic patio & view along with a big screen and arcade style games, this flexi space has hosted everything from milestone birthdays & hockey tournament groups to weddings & corporate functions. The floor also includes 5 uni-sex washrooms, arcade style games - basketball, foosball, hockey dome, golden tee, shuffle board, ping -pong, mini sticks & a putting mat and a service bar. It’s no wonder companies like Fairmont, Canmore Uncorked, Tourism Canmore Kananaskis & Bow Valley Chamber of Commerce have used this space to their advantage!  Is your company looking for the ideal venue too?  We have successfully hosted weddings & rehearsal dinners, are set up for live music (bands & DJ) and because we already have great food, drinks & staff all you need to do is contact us & we’ll tailor the rest to your specific needs. Golf courses have closed and CanGOLF’s popular Leagues are back! Starting October 10-11-12 and running through to the end of November, our Fall League sponsored by Sheepdog Brewing is the best indoor fun in Canmore! With great music and food & drinks, let the fun flow with friends as you catch up for a couple of hours every week. Even though the Fall season has begun, it’s not too late to register. There are still spaces available on Wednesday night (you can join after they have started). Seasons run for 8 weeks on Mon-Tues-Wed nights between 6- 8pm or 8-10pm and are open to everyone. Prizes are handed out weekly, including the Big Week 8 Finals. Seasons - Fall (Oct/Nov) Winter (Jan/Feb) Spring (Mar/Apr) Summer (May/June). Teams cost $1200 (up to 6 players, but only 4 play on a night). Register your team or individually today! If Leagues aren’t your thing but you still want some competition, The Park Shootout beginning in November 2022 is for you! This Closest to the Pin par 3 Challenge runs monthly & prizes & points are awarded to the best performers, which culminates into the Finals Shootout in October 2023. Join in the fun because you might be the sharpest shooter around!

CanGOLF has five aboutGOLF simulators. Their elite simulator (the HD Widescreen) has been named “best simulator on the market” by Golf Digest many years in a row. Our founder, Luke Elvy, was the VP of Media for aG and bought five widescreen simulators to ensure golfers of the Bow Valley had a place to play year-round plus expose families & newcomers to what he claims is a game for life. Elvy adds, “name another sport that teaches you the skills of life that can be enjoyed by multi-generational members of family that you all start & finish at the same time?” AboutGOLF’s simulators are the most accurate & authentic on the market because they SEE the ball via camera technology. Almost every other simulator only SENSES where the ball goes via radar technology. aG sims can be used in a multitude of ways. Round play - boasting over 80 courses, ranging from famous Championship courses to some easier, beginner style courses. Practice - numerous varieties of practice facilities with 15 data points testing all parts of your game so you can get instant feedback & stay sharp all year round. Games - 3x mini putt courses, chipping games like Beer Pong, Darts & Cornhole plus Ball-Striking games ensure that people of all ages & stages can enjoy these simulators together. Competitions - Long drive, closest to the pin & specialty competitions designed by aG stoke your competitive fire. You could also win your way to Italy for the 2023 Ryder Cup (ask us how!) Instruction - we have a specialty simulator with cameras & balance plates so if you’re looking to get better, contact our Pro - Jack Stoliker. While we encourage you to bring your own clubs to play on CanGOLF’s simulators, we have rental sets for all ages & stages of life. Our US Kids ($5/hr) sets fit toddlers to teenagers both left and right-handed, while our adult sets are all Cobra clubs. Call ahead to secure your set or simply rent them when you’re booking in.
